Concrete Work
Sunken slabs create trip hazards and drainage problems. We raise and level them without the cost and disruption of full replacement.
Slab Leveling
"In most cases, the slab itself is fine — it's the ground beneath it that gave way."
Concrete settles for predictable reasons: soil erosion from water runoff, freeze-thaw cycles shifting the sub-base, organic material decomposing beneath the slab. The concrete is usually still structurally sound. What's failed is the support underneath it.
Slab raising fills that void and lifts the concrete back to grade without breaking it out and hauling it away. The result is a level, functional surface at a fraction of full replacement cost — with far less disruption to your yard and property.
What's Included
Settled patio sections and uneven walkways raised back to their original grade. Eliminates tripping hazards and restores the finished look of your outdoor spaces without a full demolition.
Settled driveway panels lifted to match surrounding concrete — eliminating the edge lips that damage vehicle undercarriages and create hazards. Far less costly than replacing driveway sections.
Settled entry steps and stoops that have pulled away from the house or sunk into the ground — raised and stabilized so they're safe, even, and properly supported again.
When replacement is the right call — or when you want a new concrete patio from scratch — we handle the full pour. Properly prepared sub-base, the right mix, and a finish that drains away from the house.
